Legal advisor Ms. Danuta Gogolińska-Gajda specialises in business law, civil law and intellectual property law.

She advises her clients on corporate issues related to on-going activities of companies as well as merger and acquisition transactions. The legal advisor also provides a comprehensive service of creditors in bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings. She is experienced in handling of investment projects and infrastructure ventures (road, real estate and demolition projects). Her main interests include protection of intellectual property of companies.

She is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice. She has completed her education and acquired knowledge during studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and at the Heidelberg University in Germany. What is more, legal advisor Ms. Danuta Gogolińska-Gajda completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law and graduated from the School of German Law at the Jagiellonian University.
